Gluten-Free Banana Rice Waffles

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the almond milk and blend until mixed.
- Add almond milk gradually and blend until smooth.
- Preheat and grease the waffle iron.
- Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per waffle.
- Serve hot or let cool and freeze for later.
