Instructions
- Cut half a cabbage head into three 1-inch thick slices.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the cabbage steaks to the pan and sprinkle with salt and grated parmesan cheese.
- Sear each side of the cabbage steaks for 3 to 4 minutes until tender and slightly golden brown.
- Dish out and serve immediately with extra grated parmesan cheese on top if desired.
