Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic.
- Slice the cabbage lengthwise into 1-inch thick 'steaks' and remove any excess leaves.
- Brush the tops of each cabbage steak with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the cabbage steaks to the lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp.
