Ingredients

The avocados

  • 2 large ripe avocados

The salmon salad

  • 2 5-oz. cans canned salmon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • teaspoon salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice open the avocados and remove the pits.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Fill each avocado half with a quarter of the salmon salad.
