Easy Traeger Smoked Pork Chops

Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225° Fahrenheit.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients in a small jar.
- Sprinkle seasoning generously on both sides of each pork chop.
- Place pork chops on the smoker and smoke for 90 minutes.
- After 90 minutes, remove the pork chops and increase the heat to 450° Fahrenheit.
- Once the grill reaches high heat, sear the pork chops on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches at least 140° Fahrenheit.
- Remove from the smoker and let the pork chops rest for 10 minutes before serving.
