Instructions

  3. Season the pork chops with your choice of seasoning, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Place the pork chops inside the smoker to start cooking.
  5. Baste the pork chops with your choice of sauce as they cook.
  6. Remove the pork chops from the smoker once the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Let the meat rest before cutting and serve.
