Ingredients

The oats base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • a pinch sea salt

The toppings

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Lightly whisk in the peanut butter, leaving some swirls.
  3. Pour the mixture into mason jars or containers.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 8-10 hours.
  5. Smash the raspberries with maple syrup in a bowl.
  6. Add the raspberry mixture on top of the oats, along with a scoop of peanut butter.
  7. Enjoy with any additional toppings you desire.
