Easy Beef Brisket

Ingredients

The meat

  • pounds brisket, flank rib, shoulder roast or stew meat

The broth and vegetables

  • 3 cups Chicken Stock or Bone Broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 carrots sliced ½-inch thick

The seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the stock, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and carrots in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Place the meat in the center of the mixture.
  4. Turn the crockpot on to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Serve the brisket.
