Chocolate Cinnamon Swirl Bread

The filling
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir until there are no clumps.
- Add 1 cup of water and mix, adding more water as needed until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl loosely and let it rest for two hours at room temperature.
- After resting, flour the dough and a clean work surface, then transfer the dough and knead it a few times.
- Shape the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle chopped chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from the short end, enclosing the chocolate chips.
- Place the rolled dough seam side down in a greased bread pan and let it rise until doubled in size (about one hour).
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the bread for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
