Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" x 9" pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing completely before adding 1/3 of the sour cream. Repeat until all flour and sour cream are incorporated.
- Mix together the topping ingredients and set aside.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the topping mixture over it, then add the remaining batter and top with the remaining topping.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting.
