Grandma's Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 baking dish, adding parchment paper at the bottom.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until well combined, then add eggs and blend until creamy.
- Mix in the sour cream and vanilla.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined and fluffy.
- Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top, spreading it evenly, and then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with almond milk until smooth.
- Once cooled, drizzle the glaze over the cake, cut, serve, and enjoy!
