Ingredients

  • 2 large overripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  4. Form the dough into 16 round balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet, then gently flatten each ball.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool; these cookies taste even better the next day.
