Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Form the dough into 16 round balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet, then gently flatten each ball.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let cool; these cookies taste even better the next day.
