Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 large bananas
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, and almond butter, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the raisins.
  4. Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the baking tray, pressing them down.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
