Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

chocolate chips and/or peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, milk, and water.
- Add the powdered peanut butter, oat flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt, and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and/or peanuts, reserving some to sprinkle on top if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips/peanuts on top.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes until the edges are set and the center is springy.
- Allow to cool slightly in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift out using the foil.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
