Homemade Marinara Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Add the unsalted butter, olive oil, diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, cracked black pepper, and chili flakes to a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.
- 2. Allow the ingredients to cook down and combine for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 3. Transfer the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- 4. Pour the sauce into a large pot with cooked Spaghettini and mix to combine.
- 5. Split apart the burrata cheese and add half of it to the pot, mixing to melt the cheese.
- 6. Serve the marinara sauce with pasta or on pizza.
