Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and beaten eggs, mixing until blended.
- Knead in the raisins on a floured surface and shape the dough into a 9-inch disc.
- Slice the dough into 12 equal pieces and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before drizzling with the glaze made from whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
