Ingredients

The dip

  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

For serving

  • to taste honey
  • to taste lemon zest
  • to taste fresh thyme leaves
  • to taste flaky sea salt
  • to serve grilled baguette or crostini

Instructions

  1. Place the ricotta, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Process until light and smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, honey, lemon zest, thyme, and flaky sea salt.
  4. Serve with grilled baguette or crostini.
