Ingredients

The dip

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced thyme or rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

For serving

  • to taste baguette
  • to taste flaky salt
  • to taste toasted nuts
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the ricotta in a medium bowl or stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in the parmesan, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with nuts, flaky salt, olive oil, and black pepper.
