Instructions
- Place the ricotta in a medium bowl or stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
- Stir in the parmesan, lemon zest, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes until well incorporated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with nuts, flaky salt, olive oil, and black pepper.
