Ingredients

The dip

  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt

The toppings

  • 1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • to taste hot honey or regular honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the herbs in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust salt and lemon juice as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with honey, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
