Banana Cinnamon Chip Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Mash the bananas in a medium bowl and mix in the eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Add ¾ cup of cinnamon chips and stir briefly before pouring the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter, then add the remaining ¼ cup of cinnamon chips on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, then cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before serving.
