Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients without over mixing.
- Fold in the cinnamon chips gently.
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar topping by mixing sugar and cinnamon in a small dish.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
