Instructions
- Separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Combine chocolate, water, sugar, butter, and salt in a double boiler and melt gently.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the egg yolks.
- Fold in the beaten egg whites gently until smooth.
- Pour the pudding into serving cups and chill for a few hours before serving.
- Serve topped with whipped cream if desired.
