Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and press out excess liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, or up to three days ahead.
