Sweet Sausage Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions
- Grill the sweet sausage links after splitting and removing the skin until fully cooked, then set aside.
- Lay out the sourdough bread slices and cover each with 4 slices of cheese.
- Place two sausage links on one slice of bread, then top with another slice of bread with cheese facing the sausage.
- Melt butter in a pan and brush one side of each sandwich with it.
- Heat the pan and place the buttered side down, covering with a lid to help melt the cheese.
- After 3-4 minutes, check the bread for a golden brown color, then brush the top side with butter and flip the sandwich.
- Toast the other side for another 3-4 minutes, keeping the lid on to melt the cheese.
- If the cheese isn't melted, lower the heat and keep covered until it melts, then serve and enjoy.
