Broiled Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • lamb chops lamb chops (rib chops preferred)
  • to taste tablespoon kosher salt
  • to taste tablespoon freshly cracked pepper
  • to taste tablespoon oregano
  • lemon wedges lemon wedges (cut the pretty way)
  • to taste mint sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the broiler to high for about 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Bring the lamb chops to room temperature while the broiler preheats.
  3. 3. Season both sides of the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. 4. Place the seasoned lamb chops on a broiling pan.
  5. 5. Broil the lamb chops for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Remove from the broiler and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Drizzle mint sauce over the lamb chops or serve it on the side.
  8. 8. Serve with lemon wedges.
