Broiled Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce

lemon wedges (cut the pretty way)

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the broiler to high for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Bring the lamb chops to room temperature while the broiler preheats.
- 3. Season both sides of the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 4. Place the seasoned lamb chops on a broiling pan.
- 5. Broil the lamb chops for 3 minutes on each side.
- 6. Remove from the broiler and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
- 7. Drizzle mint sauce over the lamb chops or serve it on the side.
- 8. Serve with lemon wedges.
