Ingredients

The batter

  • cups cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For cooking

  • as needed none butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, baking powder, flour, and salt, then blend again until smooth.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cover it.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Repeat until all batter is used.
