Instructions
- Blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, baking powder, flour, and salt, then blend again until smooth.
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cover it.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
