Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients except blueberries until smooth.
  2. 2. Stir in the blueberries gently.
  3. 3. Heat a griddle over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
  4. 4. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle.
  5. 5. Flip the pancake when it bubbles and is golden brown on the bottom.
  6. 6. Repeat until all batter is used.
