Cottage Cheese Blueberry Pancakes

Instructions
- 1. Blend all ingredients except blueberries until smooth.
- 2. Stir in the blueberries gently.
- 3. Heat a griddle over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
- 4. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle.
- 5. Flip the pancake when it bubbles and is golden brown on the bottom.
- 6. Repeat until all batter is used.
