Instructions
- Create a pouch with dried lavender using cheesecloth and secure it with kitchen twine.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Add the lavender pouch, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the lavender pouch and let the syrup cool completely.
- Store the syrup in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
