Instant Pot Braised Cabbage and Apples

Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables and ingredients before starting.
- Use the Sauté setting to cook the chopped bacon until crisp, then set aside.
- Sauté the sliced onion in the bacon drippings until translucent.
- Add the cloves, shredded cabbage, apples, vinegar, and apple cider, stirring well.
- Seal the pot and set to Pressure Cook for 3 minutes (4 for softer cabbage).
- After cooking, perform a Quick Release of the pressure.
- Remove the cloves and add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, then stir well.
- Top with reserved bacon and serve hot.
