Braised Red Cabbage with Apples and Onions

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and a pinch of salt, sautéing until translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the apples and garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the red cabbage, balsamic vinegar, honey, and a splash of water, mixing well.
- Season again with salt and pepper, then let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If the pan becomes dry, add more water as needed.
- Once the cabbage is tender, transfer to a serving dish and top with goat cheese and fresh parsley.
