Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium/high heat and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, lower the heat to low/medium and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
