Instructions
- Strain the pumpkin puree overnight in a fine mesh sieve or colander lined with cheesecloth.
- Combine the peanut butter, strained pumpkin puree, molasses, and spices in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the raisins and pumpkin seeds, and process until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to glass jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
