Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and combine it with breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, green onion, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Shape the chilled mixture into two patties, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Serve each patty on a bun, topped with guacamole and spring mix.
