Garlic Rosemary Parsnip Fries

Ingredients

  • 1-2 large parsnips
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Cut the parsnips into small shoestring pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle the fries with avocado oil and toss until coated.
  5. Add the chopped garlic and rosemary to the bowl and toss to combine.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Spread the fries out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then toss the fries and return to the oven.
  9. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
