Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Cut the parsnips into small shoestring pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the fries with avocado oil and toss until coated.
- Add the chopped garlic and rosemary to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the fries out on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then toss the fries and return to the oven.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes until crispy.
