Smashed Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas, reserving the juice.
- Chop almonds, carrots, celery, pickles, and dill in a food processor and transfer to a large bowl.
- Pulse chickpeas in the food processor until chunky, then add to the bowl, reserving ¼ cup.
- Puree the reserved chickpeas into a paste and mix with the other ingredients in the bowl.
- Add pickle juice, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- Pour in the reserved chickpea brine and beat until thick and creamy.
- Serve the mixture on bread with cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce.
