Instructions
- Mix together the Chili Lime Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
- Divide the salmon into 4 portions and ensure the skin is removed.
- Cover all sides of the salmon with the seasoning rub.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
- Once the oil is shimmering, add the salmon filets and cook for 3 minutes per side, ensuring they are browned.
- Once cooked through, move the salmon to a plate and cover with pico de gallo before serving.
