Instructions
- Clean and scrub the clams under cold water and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the minced garlic until aromatic.
- Add the clams to the skillet and stir a few times.
- Pour in the beer and add the pepper, lemon, and chopped parsley.
- Cover the skillet and steam on high heat for 2-3 minutes until all clams open.
- Serve immediately.
