Instructions
- Mash together avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, parsley, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl.
- Drain chickpeas and add them to the bowl, stirring and mashing them into the dressing.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Serve the salad over greens, in a pita, or as a sandwich.
