Perfect Roasted Acorn Squash

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Slice the acorn squash in half from tip to stem and scoop out the seeds.
- 3. Place the squash halves cut side up on the baking sheet.
- 4. Drizzle olive oil over the squash and sprinkle with salt, rubbing the oil into the cut sides.
- 5. Turn the squash cut side down on the baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until the flesh is easily pierced with a fork.
- 7. Add any desired toppings and serve warm.
