Roasted Acorn Squash

Instructions
- Cut the acorn squash in half using a big knife.
- Scoop out the seeds and discard or save them for later use.
- Rub the inside and outside of the squash with coconut oil.
- Place the squash face down on a metal baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-60 minutes.
- Serve.
