Ingredients

The squash

  • 1 whole acorn squash

The oil

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the acorn squash in half using a big knife.
  2. Scoop out the seeds and discard or save them for later use.
  3. Rub the inside and outside of the squash with coconut oil.
  4. Place the squash face down on a metal baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40-60 minutes.
  6. Serve.
