Instructions
- Cut the widest part of a round watermelon in half and lay the flat side down.
- Slice a 1-inch thick piece from each half and cut them into 4 wedges.
- Arrange the watermelon wedges on a round dish like a pizza.
- Top each wedge with crumbled Feta cheese, sliced olives, balsamic glaze, and mint leaves.
