Instructions
- Pat the chicken breast dry and slice it in half if thick.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, reserving some for later.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a bowl to rest, then shred it.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pan, add hot sauce and reserved seasoning, and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in whipped cream cheese until combined.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix in sour cream and shredded cheddar until fully combined.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with more cheddar, and broil until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
