Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Pat the zucchini spears dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, mix Panko, flour, Parmesan, salt, onion powder, and pepper.
- Whisk the egg whites until foamy in a separate bowl.
- Coat zucchini spears in egg whites, then dredge in the Panko mixture.
- Arrange the coated zucchini on the baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- Lightly spray the zucchini with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, spray again, rotate the pan, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Prepare the basil dipping sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve the fries immediately with the dipping sauce.
