Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • cups Lily's Milk Chocolate Chips or Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Decorative sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place cashews in an even layer in a small or medium crockpot.
  2. Pour chocolate chips on top without stirring.
  3. Cover and set the crockpot to low heat for 1 hour.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. After 1 hour, stir the mixture well; it should be melted but thick.
  6. Scoop out the candy onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, using about 1 rounded tablespoon for each piece.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to harden.
  9. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
