Lily's Milk Chocolate Chips or Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Place cashews in an even layer in a small or medium crockpot.
- Pour chocolate chips on top without stirring.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low heat for 1 hour.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- After 1 hour, stir the mixture well; it should be melted but thick.
- Scoop out the candy onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, using about 1 rounded tablespoon for each piece.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes to harden.
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
