The marshmallow base

Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine half of the water with the gelatin powder and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring the remaining water and allulose to a simmer, stirring until it boils, then remove from heat.
- Add the gelatin mixture to a stand mixer, mix on low for 30 seconds, then slowly add the boiling water mixture and vanilla extract, beating for 10-12 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined pan, smooth it out, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into pieces and dust with optional keto powdered sugar.
