Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a muffin pan with cooking spray or liners.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar and oats, then add the yogurt, banana, canola oil, and egg, stirring until well combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until just moistened, then fold in the dark chocolate.
