Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F and spray the tortillas with oil on both sides, then sprinkle with salt.
- Prick the tortillas with a fork and place them on a baking sheet, baking for 10 minutes before flipping and baking until golden brown.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400º F and mix the enchilada sauce and salsa in a bowl.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer until thickened.
- Heat the refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl for easier spreading.
- Layer the ingredients by spreading refried beans on each tortilla, topping with seasoned beef, and adding another tortilla on top.
- Spread enchilada sauce on top of the second tortilla and sprinkle with cheese, then repeat for the remaining tortillas.
- Place the assembled pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
