Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mash together with a fork.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread.
- Top with feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and basil.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top before serving.
