Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Mash a third of the avocado and squeeze lemon juice over it.
- Spread the avocado mash over the toasted bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with thick slices of fresh tomato and season again with salt and pepper.
- Optionally, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
