Instructions
- Brush 2 teaspoons of olive oil over the slices of bread and toast them.
- In a bowl, combine the avocados, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then mash into a coarse paste.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread.
- Garnish with additional olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs as desired.
- Serve immediately.
